Shipping
All orders will be packed and shipped within 1-3 days of placing your order. For a 1 day turn around, in addition to submitting your order with the shipping time, please send me an email at hannah.hcdesign@gmail.com to ensure you get your order when requested.
Returns & Refunds
I want you to love your purchase, but if it's not what you expected or no longer want it, please request a return within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing me at hannah.hcdesign@gmail.com. In your return request, please indicated your reasons for returning, and if there are any issues with your items, please attach photos for proof. Once your return is approved I will email you a new shipping label to use. All returns must be in original, sellable conditions in order for me to issue you a refund. You will receive an email confirming your return once your order has been refunded.
Cancellations
If you decide you no longer want your order, please email me at hannah.hcdesign@gmail.com within 12 hours of your purchase. After 12 hours of placing your order, there's a good chance your package has already shipped. If so, your cancellation request will be declined, and you can email me at hannah.hcdesign@gmail.com to request a return upon receiving your order.
